B) For finding the funds you pay a retainer fee that is subtracted from the success fee.

We also use alternatives to retainer fees. For example equity or higher successfee %.


Success Fee: % over the full sum, depending on the sum needed, amount on request.

Possibility to find the right capital cannot always be guaranteed, since most depends

on the team and the competition already active in this new market.
